Apple iPad run the Microsoft Office Web Apps

Microsoft yesterday formally launched the Office Web Apps, this online version of Office allows users to use Office most of the functionality in the browser without installing the software. Microsoft has said, iPhone like other phones can use the online version of Office as document browsing, but the lack of editing and many other features.

The iPhone can not use the full functionality of Office Web Apps. CNET sites made a simple trial, log in using Windows Live iPad different page, the page will give some an option for users to switch to PC version. Choose to switch to the PC version, then back to Office tab, you can use the Office Web Apps.

In the iPad, you can not use the Office Web Apps to create a new Word, PowerPoint or OneNote document, but it can create new Excel spreadsheet. Despite these gaps, but the use Offic Web Apps to open and view the various documents and no problems.
